Why I am here

This blog was started to connect with and keep family and friends up to date on life in Texas as I know it. A place to share my love for this area through photography, history, and stories of this adventure Shaun and I call life.... and what an adventure it is!

Arizona

Sunday was our last day in Arizona. The weather was amazing! Crisp, cool and clear just like fall is supposed to be. We were able to get out and do a little exploring and of course some photos.

This cabin is near Bob and Bobbi's home and was the original homestead from the 1870's. LOVE the history.
Sad that it has fallen, but amazing that it has been left mostly untouched.

Bob and Bobbi spoiled us terribly while we were there. It was great! We laughed, remembered, picked out paint colors (can't wait to see the wall Bobbi) ate and ate and ate....but mostly enjoyed just being with each other.

One of our other hosts for our visit was Sheba. Such a sweet beautiful girl

Bob and Bobbi's beautiful home in the Arizona mountains.

We started the second leg of our trip this morning. We are currently on our way to Utah for more family fun! I can see the Wasatch mountain range in the distance with it's peaks covered in fresh snow, BEAUTIFUL!
That means we are getting closer...Can't wait to see everyone in Utah.

To my Texas friends. I am so thankful you are getting some rain.
Still praying for more!
Love y'all
Jeanne
